Why I Avoid the Gym During the Holidays

Everyone I know has a gym membership but me. I avoid the gym during the holidays and throughout  the rest of the year. I'm just not a "gym" sort of person, so I let my husband workout for both of us. Personally, I think Jeff Allen is right about health clubs.

Avoiding the gym doesn't mean I don't want to be healthy. Going for a walk and eating wholesome food are ways I honor the Lord through a healthy life style. Over the last five months I've lost 40 pounds by cutting sugar, dairy, and gluten out of my diet. What do you do for your health? Inquiring minds want to know.

In Him together, Susan Gaddis
